Can Art be Work if It Is So Much Fun?

Nothing is really work unless you would rather be doing something else.

Sometimes there are opportunities to really have fun with a piece of artwork.  If you have followed this blog you may have already seen an "Opus the bunny" painting.  It was displayed (and sold) in the Roanoke Valley SPCA "Best in Show" art show last November.

I have continued experimenting with the colors and shapes in the background as well working with different combinations of bunny "positions".  Another bunny friend has even entered the artwork.

This painting will be part of the "Wild Things from Goose Creek" art show that opens Friday, February 12, 2016 at Town Kitchen Provisions during 2nd Fridays in Bedford, VA.

Goose Creek Studio has selected work from its gallery artists to create this display to provide everyone who stops by Town Kitchen Provisions for fine food and beverages, an exciting assortment of art.  2nd Fridays in Bedford celebrates the many shops and restaurant in downtown Bedford.

Plan to attend as the "wild things" promise to bring a smile or at least a little fun to your visit.

Opus the bunny, and I thank you for stopping by the blog.
